每顆螺絲的鎖付轉(zhuǎn)速,扭力值等數(shù)據(jù)可精準(zhǔn)設(shè)置可選配:附帶標(biāo)準(zhǔn)版軟件,提供后續(xù)接入MES系統(tǒng)的軟硬件接口。The locking speed, torque value and other data of each screw can be accurately set. Optional: With standard version software, it provides hardware and software interfaces for subsequent access to MES system.

工作記錄界面Work record interface:

記錄每一顆螺絲的擰緊過(guò)程參數(shù)和擰緊結(jié)果最多保持21000條記錄,超過(guò)21000記錄后，系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)維護(hù)記錄刪減。Record the tightening process parameters and tightening results of each screw. A maximum of 21000 records are kept. When more than 21000 records are recorded, the system automatically deletes the maintenance records.

1.記錄每一顆螺絲的鎖付時(shí)間,擰緊過(guò)程參數(shù)和擰緊結(jié)果可實(shí)現(xiàn)精準(zhǔn)查詢;Record the locking time of each screw, tightening process parameters and tightening results can achieve accurate query;

2.設(shè)備產(chǎn)量,完成量一目了然。Equipment output, complete quantity at a glance.

波形對(duì)比界面Waveform comparison interface:

顯示每顆螺絲鎖付時(shí)整個(gè)過(guò)程的詳細(xì)波形數(shù)據(jù),采樣精度3ms框選部分區(qū)域放大波形,右鍵點(diǎn)擊返回波形上一次放大顯示狀態(tài)。Display the detailed waveform data of the whole process when each screw is locked. The sampling accuracy is 3ms. Select some areas in the box to enlarge the waveform.
